You cannot predict when you encounter the panic attack – it would be possible that a small event can be the trigger even if you are an energetic person who can try bungy jump and skydiving. My symptom is not too difficult to handle, but most of the people who have this is suffering from the attack. I don’t want to be pessimistic, just trying to understand and analyze the symptoms and I’ll get along well with it.
